New Product Introduction and Prototyping

Our NPI team wants your design to be perfect, using our expertise and skills to bring your concept to life. First we unravel the purpose of your design and the solution it offers. After that we perform a risk assessment. If the assessment turns out positive, we team up with your engineers and use our skills to advise on your Bill of Materials and co-develop and optimize your design, schematics and PCB layout (DfA, DfM). We can also help you to set up your supply chain. With this expertise you save valuable cost and time, and greatly enhance the quality of your product and its lifecycle. Our knowledge of testing (DfT) brings opportunities to integrate test facilities into your design and develop extensive test strategies. Our engineers cooperate with our production experts to produce a high-quality prototype at our high-tech lab in the most optimal way. Don’t worry, this does not mean the process takes a lot of time: we are known for our fast and flexible throughput.

Series Production

Once your design is perfected and ready for production, we use our hypermodern equipment to produce small up to large series of your product. This ensures high Dutch quality and full control of the production process. Our project management team bridges the ubiquitous gap between design and production. We have the expertise to extend your design with desired add-ons. Production costs are lowered because of our smart purchasing and engineering choices. During this stage we can optimize your supply chain to your wishes and even fully support your purchaser. We take high responsibility for the correct production of your product and the involved processes, so you can develop your business worry-free.

Life Extension Services

EPR Partner is committed to fully support you from the beginning until the end of your product life cycle. We are aware that extending your product’s life saves unnecessary trouble, costs and resources, which is beneficial to your business and our environment. That is why we employ end-of-life experts as well as repair engineers, even for repairing third party products.

In case of obsolescence of components we have the skills to redesign your product and advise on last-time-buy. We also have the expertise to modify your product and maintain it during its lifecycle. A great challenge when using second source components is ensuring the right quality and reliability. We own all equipment and expertise to evaluate these components for you.
